Karl Green

"I grew up in Dianella, Western Australia and spent 10 years working at ANZ, before starting ANZ Mobile Lending in Mount Lawley. Growing up I spent a lot of time within a very multicultural community and I was lucky enough to have close friends of Vietnamese, Italian and Japanese descent. I was always exposed to unique foods, friends, family and a close, tight knit community, all of which had a positive impact of my life.

Outside of ANZ Mobile Lending, my family and I have owned multiple businesses. As such, I understand how people can get time poor, and how valuable a trusted professional can be. When supporting my clients' needs, I ensure the advice, service and support I provide is both personal and professional. When I get to know my clients, I want to know their whole story, so I can better look after their home loan requirements both now and in the future. I don't want to just look after this life changing event, I want to be there for the future as well. I always let my clients know that I'm here for the long-haul, and that in 10 years' time I will still be their local home loan specialist. Over time, this creates a community culture in which everyone is working together.

The best part of being an ANZ Mobile Lender in Western Australia is getting to know my clients and building long term relationships. I love learning about my clients' businesses, their family and their financial goals.

When I'm not working, I love to keep very active. I love martial arts, both Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and Muay Thai, and I'm currently looking to undertake a yoga instructor course. Fermenting food is also a passion of mine. I love making homemade kimchi, kombucha and pickles.

I believe if you love what you're doing, you will never work another day in your life. I absolutely love my mobile lending business and I'm genuinely trying to make a difference for my clients.
