Benefits

What are the benefits of an ANZ Mobile Lending franchise?

A sole focus on ANZ products will allow you the knowledge and flexibility to best meet your customers’ needs and form lasting relationships throughout your community.

ANZ will arrange the accreditations you require to commence your business, as well as provide you with continuous development through training, conferences and state meetings. Our field support team will provide ongoing coaching, support and guidance as you build your business.

You will have direct access to numerous support teams, including marketing, credit assessment and loan scenarios. You can also form relationships with other teams within ANZ, such as commercial and business banking, financial planning, asset finance and our branch network.

While being self-employed, you will be part of the national community of ANZ Mobile Lenders. This community has a strong culture of collaboration and support, enabling you to share best practices with your peers.

What will I be paid as a mobile lender?

You can benefit from an uncapped commission structure. Upfront commission is payable after home loans settle and trail commission is payable on an ongoing basis calculated on the outstanding loan amounts of qualifying loans. Commissions are paid monthly.

The additional products that you promote may also attract commission.

What will my business costs be?

There are a number of costs that need to be taken into account when considering your Mobile Lending business. These include a franchise and annual administration fee payable to ANZ which are in addition to other set-up and operating costs. The working capital you require will be determined by these costs, as well as your own personal circumstances.

ANZ will provide you with business planning and cash flow tools to assist you in conducting your due diligence.

What happens during the application process?

The application process requires thorough due diligence and assessment by both you, as the prospective franchisee, and ANZ, as the franchisor. The length of the recruitment process can vary depending on your circumstances.

There are four main stages to the process.

Stage 1. Following your enquiry you will be emailed a registration link for an online information session (Webinar)

Stage 2. Following the Webinar you will be contacted by phone and should you wish to progress your enquiry we will arrange a 1 on 1 meeting where we get to know you and you will find out more about the ANZ ML business

Stage 3. Your due diligence which will include business planning, cash flow forecasting, background checks and further meetings

Stage 4. Panel interview where you will be interviewed by ANZ Mobile Lending’s Management Team after which a decision will be made as to whether you are approved for the ANZ Mobile Lending Franchise
